In a meandering line with bright matching apparel and busy tangerines in hand, they danced and sang and danced and praised and danced.
In yellow and white shirts, the women's choir swayed like a cohesive pendulum, singing and stepping, singing and stepping. We went at it for nearly an hour, but somehow it only seemed like a moment.
I envy their natural ability to "move it move it." I couldn't help but think that they were releasing their innate urge to express themselves in song and dance, something I commonly neglect.
Before his sermon, Pastor Richard introduced me and All Nations Education to the congregation and then invited me to say a few things. I explained our vision and expressed how honored we are to partner with Pastor Richard as one of ANE's mentors for our scholars.
In the meantime, Jedd set up his camera in the back, and disappeared. Later, I learned that he went to the toilet to vomit his Madagascar chicken from the night before. As he leaned over the toilet, a kind man brought him a bottle of water and napkins. We went back to the hotel, and Jedd slept for 7 hours on Tylenol and antibiotics.
We did get some footage. I'll post the link after Jedd posts it.
